Nature of the service
BétonDispo is a request-centralization service. We receive your request, check available options with a network of suppliers and operators, and come back to you with a suitable solution.
BétonDispo is not a concrete producer and does not operate a fleet of trucks, volumetric mixers or pumps.
Requests are not bookings
Submitting the form constitutes a request for information. It creates no obligation for BétonDispo or for you, and does not constitute a booking, a contract, or a guarantee of availability or pricing.
A booking exists only once availability, pricing and service details have been explicitly confirmed with you.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, in particular the site location, access, desired date and estimated volume. Inaccurate information may make it impossible to find a suitable option.
No technical advice
The information presented on this site is general in nature and does not constitute engineering advice or a technical recommendation. For any structural work, refer to your drawings, your contractor or a qualified professional.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, BétonDispo cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or from the inability to find an option for a given project.
