BétonDispo collects personal information for the sole purpose of processing quote requests and communicating with the people who submit them. This policy explains what information is collected, why, and how it is used.

Information we collect
When you submit a request, we collect the information you provide: name, company name (if applicable), email, phone, preferred contact method, project address or location, city, postal code, project type, approximate quantity, concrete specification, pump requirement, desired date and any additional details you add.
We also retain limited technical information related to your visit: landing page, referring site and campaign parameters (UTM) where applicable. This information is used to understand where requests come from.
How we use the information
The information is used to process your request, check available options with our network of suppliers and operators, and communicate with you about your project.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not subscribe you to marketing communications without your separate, explicit consent.
Disclosure of information
In order to check availability and obtain an option for your project, the necessary information (for example the area, project type, approximate volume and desired date) may be shared with suppliers or operators in our network.
We use technical service providers for site hosting, the database and transactional email. Those providers process the information solely on our behalf.
Retention
Requests are retained for as long as necessary for commercial follow-up and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a privacy-friendly analytics solution to measure traffic and the request funnel in aggregate. No information that identifies you (name, phone, email, address) is sent to the analytics tool.
The site does not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, its correction, or its deletion, subject to the exceptions provided by law. You may also withdraw your consent to the processing of your request.

Security
Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a database with restricted access. Internal access is limited to the people who need to process requests.
